For those interested in personal retreats
When accommodations are available, individuals may do a personal retreat, consulting with resident lama to develop a daily practice schedule.
People doing personal retreats should have minimal contact with other people and should engage in functional talking only. A Personal Retreat applicant usually receives a list of suggested readings and/or a daily schedule of meditation sessions from the lama who reviews the Application form. You may request an interview with the lama to discuss your meditation practice.
Accommodations
In the house or in special rooms for solitary retreat adjacent to the main house.
Meals
